Sri Supeshalaramaya - The Temple of Uduwana Village

Until 2016, there was no Stupa at the temple. Therefore,  Ven Walpola Dammasiri Thero  organised and  initiated the project of building the Stupa with the support from the villagers and well wishers. So t he newly built Stupa was opened in January 2016.

Sri Supeshalaramaya is the temple of the Uduwana village. The temple is located 2.5 km from the Homagama city in the Colombo District. The Chief incumbent of the temple is Ven Walpola Dammasiri Thero. All the Buddhists in the village are used to attend here for religious activities.   ශ්‍රී සුපේශලාරාම විහාරස්ථානය කොළඹ දිස්ත්‍රික්කයේ හෝමාගම නගරයේ සිට උඩුවන දෙසට කිලොමීටර් 2.5 දුරින් පිහිටා අැත. වර්තමානයේ පූජ්‍ය වල්පොල ධම්මසිරි ස්වාමීන් වහන්සේ විහාරාධිපතිධූරය දරණ මෙම විහාරස්ථානය නිරතුරුවම ගම්වාසීන්ගෙන් පිදුම් ලබන පුදබිමකි.
